  • Subscription kits are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or prepaid intervals).

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date (the 1st of each month).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Kits ship between the 5th and 10th of each month.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Subscription kits are non-refundable and non-returnable once shipped.

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or credit.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, but subscribers will be notified in advance.
