🗓️ When do kits ship?
Kits ship within 3–5 business days of your order date, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your kit is on the way.
💳 When will I be charged?
New subscribers are charged at checkout for their first kit. After that, your subscription will automatically renew and be billed on the same date each month, based on when you originally subscribed.
Example: If you subscribe on the 12th, your subscription will renew on the 12th each month.
📦 What’s included in each kit?
Each monthly kit includes:
- Coordinated, archival-safe scrapbook papers (12×12)
- Matching embellishments that work beautifully together
- A beginner-friendly guide with layout ideas, photo prompts, and gentle encouragement
Everything is designed to help you sit down and create without overwhelm.
⏸️ Can I skip or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can skip a month or pause your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. There’s no pressure — your subscription works around your life.
❌ How do I cancel my subscription?
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming kit.
Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable, but they will not renew once canceled.

💸 How much is shipping?
Shipping is included in the price of your kit for all orders within the continental United States. No surprise fees — just one simple, all-inclusive price.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet — but we’re working toward it! If you’d like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, email us at hello@thememorycollective.us.
📬 What if my kit is damaged or missing?
We want every memory to arrive safely. If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or hasn’t arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
🎁 Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Gift subscriptions are coming soon! In the meantime, you can purchase a prepaid plan and ship kits directly to your recipient.
🖊️ Do I need to be “creative” to enjoy this?
Not at all. Our kits are beginner-friendly, pressure-free, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
You don’t need to be caught up — you just need to show up. 💛
