🗓️ When Do Kits Ship?
All subscription kits ship between the 5th and 10th of each month via USPS.
If you subscribe after the 10th, your first kit will ship the following month.

Example:
Subscribe by September 10 → Your first kit ships October 5–10
Subscribe September 11 or later → Your first kit ships in November

🌍 Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time — but stay tuned!

💰 How Much Is Shipping?
Flat-rate shipping is $6.95 per kit, automatically added at checkout.
Shipping is combined for multi-month prepaid plans.

🚚 How Do I Track My Kit?
As soon as your kit ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

📬 My Kit Is Delayed or Missing — Help!
If your kit hasn’t arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, please email us at support@thememorycollective.us and we’ll do everything we can to help.

🏡 Need to Change Your Address?
Update your shipping address by the last day of the previous month to ensure your next box arrives at the right place.
(Example: Update by Sept 30 for your October box.)
