At The Memory Collective, each kit is carefully curated with archival-safe papers, embellishments, and thoughtful extras. Due to the nature of our subscription service, returns are limited — but we’ll always do our best to make it right.
📦 Subscription Kit Returns

Subscription kits are non-refundable and non-returnable once shipped.

This policy ensures the integrity of our limited-edition, small-batch kits.

If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at support@thememorycollective.us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement item or store credit.
💳 Refunds

We cannot issue refunds for prepaid subscriptions once billing has occurred.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

If a product is defective or unavailable, we will offer a suitable replacement or credit toward your next kit.
⏸️ Cancellations

Cancel any time by logging into your account before the next billing date (1st of the month).

Cancellations made after billing will apply to the following month’s kit.
🎁 One-Time Purchases & Past Kits

Past kits and one-time items purchased through our shop may be eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
