📦 The Memory Collective — Shipping Policy

📅 Shipping Schedule
Your first scrapbook subscription kit will ship within 3–5 business days of your order date (excluding weekends and holidays).
After that, your subscription will renew each month on the same date you originally subscribed, and future scrapbook kits will ship within 3–5 business days of each renewal.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as your kit is on the way.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship all Memory Collective Club kits via USPS.
Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
Please note: once your kit is with USPS, delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control — but we’re always happy to help if something seems off.

📦 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are included in the price of your kit.

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping options are coming soon as we grow The Memory Collective Crew.
🔁 Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Kits
If your kit arrives damaged, or if your tracking appears stuck or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery:

📬 Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us before the 1st of the month.
If an incorrect address was entered and the kit is returned to us, additional postage may be required to reship.
❗ Lost Packages
Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, we are unable to reship for free.
However, we will gladly help you file a claim or investigate with the carrier.
🗓 Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule displayed at checkout.
You may update or cancel your subscription through your customer account at any time.
